Firefighters responded to reports of smoke damage at a residence on Hadden Road early Monday. Crews arrived at 1928 Hadden Rd. in Savannah, N.Y., around 8:10 a.m. Jan. 6, where smoke had filled the house due to a furnace malfunction. No injuries were reported, and the fire department ventilated the structure to clear the smoke.
