Firefighters responded to a box alarm at a multi-story high-rise after a fire erupted in an underground dumpster. The incident took place at 1747 Tysons Central Street on Jan. 15 at 4:56 p.m. Emergency crews could not winch the dumpster from its location, but the building's sprinkler system contained the flames effectively.
