Firefighters in Philadelphia responded to reports of heavy fire at a three-story storefront with apartments above located at 2874 N. Lee St. on Jan. 14. Crews initiated a 2x2 inside operation and deployed a Rapid Intervention Team along with medical support. The incident was dispatched at 8:21 a.m.
