Firefighters battled a blaze that broke out in the basement of a vacant three-story storefront in Philadelphia around 2:31 p.m. on March 16. Initial reports from the 1st Responder Wireless News Dispatch team, part of Belsito Communications Inc., indicated that two engines and two ladders were dispatched to the scene. The building was empty at the time.
