Emergency crews rushed to 2171 Happy Valley Road following a first alarm for a fire on the exterior of a one-story private dwelling. The incident was reported at 8:19 a.m. Jan. 16, with 560 personnel on scene requesting a working fire assignment to battle the blaze.
