A fire broke out on the sixth floor of a multiple-dwelling building at 408 West 130th Street on Jan. 18 at 4:18 p.m. Responders from Ladder 30 arrived quickly under a 10-75 alarm for Box 1525 in the New York City area. Firefighters are working to extinguish the flames.
