Fire Breaks Out in Upper Manhattan High-Rise

Firefighters responded to a blaze on the second floor of a 10-story high-rise at 3657 Broadway early Thursday morning.

No injuries have been reported at this time, though the fire prompted a significant emergency response in the Upper Manhattan area. The cause is under investigation.
