Emergency responders were dispatched to a commercial building at 1800 Old Country Rd. after smoke and elevated carbon monoxide levels were detected from a malfunctioning oil burner. Fire department crews arrived promptly, with the fire marshal on site to probe the incident. No injuries were reported in connection with the smoke damage.
