38-Year-Old Fatally Injured Monday at Atlantic Avenue and East Rose Street
COMPTON, CA, (July 21, 2025) - A tragic two-vehicle crash early Monday morning in Compton claimed the life of 38-year-old Erick Perez Pineda, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. The incident took place around 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and East Rose Street, near East Rancho Dominguez Park.
Erick Perez Pineda, 38, tragically lost his life in a two-vehicle collision early Monday morning in Compton, according to authorities.
Authorities said a motorcycle and a vehicle collided at the location, but details about what led to the accident remain under investigation. Pineda was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash.
