Firefighters responded to reports of elevated carbon monoxide levels at a five-story apartment building on Prospect Street, where multiple residents displayed symptoms of exposure. Emergency crews arrived at 49 Prospect St. on Jan. 11 following alerts of a carbon monoxide incident. The fire department is actively investigating the source of the high CO readings. EMS teams are assessing patients who reported symptoms consistent with carbon monoxide poisoning.
