The collision unfolded around 6:24 p.m. on State Route 12. A southbound 2012 Ford F-350 veered across the centerline, colliding head-on with a northbound 2022 Dodge Ram. A third vehicle, driven by another motorist, could not avoid the wreckage and struck the Ford.
