HIT-AND-RUN CRASH INVESTIGATION
Motorists involved in a collision are legally required to remain at the scene until law enforcement arrives. Unfortunately, hit-and-run accidents occur roughly every minute on U.S. roadways. In many cases, drivers flee because they are under the influence, unlicensed, or fearful of arrest.
Candice Bond, a seasoned hit-and-run accident attorney and Managing Partner at Bond Legal, stressed the importance of an independent investigation in such cases to protect a victim’s rights.
“Having the proper resources is crucial to investigate a hit-and-run accident case and prove negligence,” Bond said. “Factors such as road conditions, signage visibility, and lighting must all be evaluated. These steps are essential in helping victims or their families obtain the justice and financial compensation they deserve.”
PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM
Eboni Watson may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit. Candice Bond, Managing Partner with Bond Legal, noted that the stress and worry following a serious injury can be overwhelming, disrupting all aspects of life, including family, work, finances, and overall quality of life.
“Although no amount of money can make up for a devastating injury, it is important that a victim is made aware of their rights and what they are entitled to by law,” Bond added. “The injured victim in this collision may be entitled to an injury claim, and they may seek recovery for damages including medical expenses, future medical care, pain and suffering, and emotional trauma.”
