A single-vehicle accident at 500 Main St. in Sturbridge has left the driver in need of urgent medical attention after briefly losing consciousness. The incident took place Jan. 15 at 3:14 p.m., according to reports. The driver regained awareness following the loss of consciousness and was quickly transported by LifeFlight to a hospital landing zone.
