Thursday night crash with SUV was at Gum Branch Road and White Oak Street

The Jacksonville Police Department says a 24-year-old motorcyclist died after a Thursday night collision with an SUV.
According to authorities, Donovan Holliday was driving a 2008 Buell motorcycle southeast along Gum Branch Road at approximately 7:32 p.m. At the same time, a Toyota Highlander attempted a left turn at White Oak Street and collided with the bike.
Donovan Holliday was fatally injured Thursday night when an SUV collided with the motorcycle he was driving along Gum Branch Road in Jacksonville.
Holliday was critically injured and rushed to Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, where he tragically passed away.
The incident remains under investigation.
