A house under construction collapsed late Monday, scattering debris across a nearby roadway and prompting a response from emergency crews. Command 54 reported the incident around 11:52 p.m. on March 16. First responders requested assistance from the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) to clear the debris and restore safe passage on the affected road.
