Legal Insights on Two-Vehicle Crashes

“In addition to any police investigation, an attorney can review a crash to determine what may have contributed, including driver actions or road conditions. This helps ensure victims’ rights are protected and any responsible parties are held accountable.”

Candice Bond, managing partner at Bond Legal.

  • Independent investigations preserve critical evidence
  • Attorneys identify all liable parties beyond the obvious driver
  • Early legal guidance prevents insurance companies from undervaluing claims

“It is vital for victims to hire an attorney when filing a personal injury claim, which allows them to negotiate with an insurance company on behalf of a client. Insurance companies often try to pressure victims to settle for a quick payout for far less than the case is worth.”

Stefano Formica, of counsel with Bond Legal.

  • Legal representation levels the playing field against large insurers
  • Full compensation covers medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering
  • Statutes of limitations require prompt action after an injury
