Firefighters responded to a chimney fire that broke out in a 2.5-story frame home located at the intersection of South Terrace and Beam Drive. Emergency crews arrived on the scene and are currently inspecting the exterior of the building for any potential fire spread. No injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.
