A vehicle drove into the Connecticut River at Ferry Park on Meadow Road in Rocky Hill, sparking a rapid multi-agency emergency response. One car remains at the scene as rescue operations continue. Mutual aid boats from Glastonbury and Cromwell have arrived, while a dive team from Middletown has been called in to help with the effort.
