Firefighters have extinguished an electrical fire on the second floor of a four-story occupied multiple dwelling at 92 Prospect Place in Brooklyn. The blaze was reported at 10:03 p.m. on Jan. 5, leading to an all-hands response under Box 1245. No injuries were immediately reported, with the incident classified under Battalion 31.
