A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a train at Northeast 4th Street and the Florida East Coast Railway, leading to a complete halt of train traffic in the vicinity. Delray Beach Fire Department crews arrived at the scene and pronounced one individual dead after finding them under the train. Emergency units have been dismissed as authorities launch an investigation into the incident.
