Box Truck Driver Entrapped in Serious Mass Pike Crash

A box truck slammed into the rear of a tractor-trailer on the eastbound Massachusetts Turnpike at mile marker 54.2, leaving the box truck driver heavily entrapped. Emergency crews used the jaws of life to free the operator from the wreckage. The crash happened on Jan. 16 around 10:00 a.m. in Ludlow.
