Blaze Hits Second Floor and Roof of Pleasant Valley Building

Emergency responders rushed to a working fire at 3508 Littlestown Pike near Cemetery Lane in Pleasant Valley early on Jan. 16. Chief 6 reported flames spreading across the second floor and roof of a two-story structure, once used as a store. Firefighters safely evacuated one occupant, with no other people inside the building at the time.

Chief 6 has fire on 2nd Floor & roof 2csty Building gormer store.. 1 occ out. No 1 else in house medic unit to shelter occ.

A medic unit was dispatched to check on the occupant at a nearby shelter.

The blaze was reported at 5:43 a.m.
