A bicyclist was seriously hurt after a vehicle struck them at the intersection of Avon Avenue and South 18th Street. Emergency responders arrived to evaluate the cyclist at the scene of the collision, which took place on April 27 at about 7:38 p.m. Medics then rushed the injured person to a hospital for care.
