Authorities say a 67-year-old bicyclist lost his life after a vehicle collision in East El Paso on Oct. 7.
Arturo Galvan, was riding eastbound on Turner Road when struck by a car traveling in the same direction. Driver, a 22-year-old man in a 2023 Dodge Charger, hit Galvan around 10:46 a.m. in the 12000 block, Galvan died from his injuries the following day.
