Two people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on November 8, at a rural intersection outside Albert Lea, Minnesota. 

The Albert Lea Police Department continues to examine the circumstances of the afternoon collision.

Police lightsAnna Christine Lindell, 32, of Albert Lea, was seriously injured when her Chevrolet Express van collided with a Ford Expedition at County Road 46 and 775th Avenue.

  • Vehicles Involved: Chevrolet Express van, westbound and 2010 Ford Expedition, eastbound attempting left turn
  • Driver of Van: Anna Christine Lindell, 32, Albert Lea resident, sustained serious injuries and received hospital transport
  • Driver of Expedition: 32-year-old Albert Lea man, sustained minor injuries

The westbound van collided with the eastbound Expedition as the larger vehicle turned onto 775th Avenue.
