The Newport Beach Police Department responded Wednesday afternoon to a pedestrian crash that killed a 41-year-old Kentfield man.
Angad Singh Hira, 41, of Kentfield, died after being struck by a vehicle in the westbound lanes of East Coast Highway west of Newport Coast Drive.
