Firefighters battled a second-floor blaze with extension in a residential building in Queens on Jan. 19 at around 4:02 p.m. The incident was dispatched as Box 4400 and designated an all-hands operation at 135-31 40th Rd. Reports indicated the fire had spread beyond its room of origin. No information on injuries or the cause was available at the time.
