Legal Insights

In cases such as this involving motor vehicle crashes, Andrew G. Finkelstein, managing partner at Jacoby & Meyers Law Offices and a national legal analyst for Newsline, emphasizes the importance of thorough investigations.

"It is essential to reconstruct the accident to identify all the vehicles involved and determine the circumstances that led to the accident or the driver at fault."

Insurance providers often prioritize their interests over those affected by accidents.

"Insurance companies are never on the side of a victim injured or killed in a motor vehicle accident. According to the Insurance Research Institute, on average, an injured person who receives help from a lawyer ends up receiving three and a half times more money than those who do not."

  • Engage experienced counsel to navigate claims and protect rights.
  • Avoid immediate statements to insurers post-crash to prevent compromising potential recovery.
  • Families may pursue compensation for loss of companionship, emotional distress, and other damages in wrongful death scenarios.
  • Prompt legal guidance helps reconstruct circumstances and hold parties accountable.

Pending investigation outcomes, the family of Alexander Kaklyugin could explore options for a wrongful death claim to address the profound impacts of such tragedies.

"People who get into a motorcycle accident suffer unimaginable consequences in the form of mental and physical pain, and, in cases of fatalities, the victim's family and loved ones are left devastated."
